We have a two bedroom upper which is available early to mid-December, 2024.
All of our units feature two bedrooms and one bathroom. Our units are average sized at about 800 SF. Each unit has 4 rooms: 2 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, and a good sized living room.
Each unit comes with two off-street parking spaces in our building parking lot. We do not have garages.
The minimum lease term is 12 months, and the lease is month-to-month after the first year. We do not accept leases shorter than 12 months. Security deposit is one month's rent. We do not allow pets of any type. We follow HUD guidelines that state that no more than 2 people can occupy a bedroom.
Rental to Full-Time Students: We require that all applicants meet our minimum income and credit requirements. We do not consider income from student loans to be a steady source of income. Therefore, we have found that full-time college students rarely meet our screening criteria. We do not take co-signers.

Lenox Place Apartments contains 4 buildings each with 8 units for a total of 32 units. We are located at the corner of Spring Street and Lenox Place which is 3 blocks east of Weisler's Restaurant and the historic district of Downtown Cedarburg.
All units are carpeted and have wall mounted air conditioners. Coin operated laundry is in the basement as well as individual storage lockers for your moving boxes and other large items. We do not have washer/dryer hookups. The units are not considered to be handicap accessible.
Our units are very affordable at only $895 per month, and please remember that heat and hot water are included in the rent. The landlord pays for water/sewer, heat, hot water, and trash pickup. The tenant pays for electricity.
We require that applicants have a good credit history, a good criminal background check, and a steady source of income to pay the rent. We will do a thorough background check on all applicants. We find that most applicants appreciate this as they want to have good neighbors as well.
